How do I get started?
 
     
 
There are several ways to get started. You can email your information to info@bcnewsletters.com, telephone us at 1-800-393-4223 or (813) 968-8733, or fax your material to (813) 968-7836 or (813) 962-4273. Remember to include your name, your facility’s name, and your phone and fax numbers so that we can contact you. We will email or fax you an authorization form that will confirm your order.
 
     
 
Can I email my newsletter and/or calendar information to you?

  Is there a contract I must sign to get started?  
     
 
No, there are no contracts to sign. Once we receive your order, we will send you an authorization form for you to sign and return that confirms your order.
 
     
  Are there any set-up fees involved?  
     
  No, we do not charge set-up fees.  
     
  Can the material I fax you be handwritten?  
     
 
Yes. For best results, we recommend using black ink. Writing in pencil faxes poorly, but a photocopy of that writing is often darker and faxes better.
 
     
 
What are your office hours? When can I send my material?
 
     
 
You can email or fax to us 24 hours a day. Our office hours are 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, Eastern time.
