Our standard calendar is 11 inches by 17 inches, landscape layout (rectangular). It is printed on 60 pound colored paper with black ink. Colored inks are also available.

You can send us your activities on any template or in any form that you would like to use. If you do not have a template and would like one, call us at 1-800-393-4223 and we will fax one to you. Your calendar can be hand-written or typed; just remember that black ink faxes best, and pencil is hard to read. If your calendar is already done in pencil, you can make a copy on your copier and fax that to us.
